Then you want to find your bookings, here is <strong>how to display your booking list<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to the Booking Activities tab in admin panel and click on &#8220;Bookings&#8221;\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nThe complete booking list is displayed by dates, the newer first. You have also access to a <strong>whole bunch of filters<\/strong> and features to <strong>easily find your bookings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select a calendar, an activity, a reservation status, a specific period and \/ or a particular customer\n<ul>\n<li>Tip: You can <strong>select multiple<\/strong> calendars, activities and booking status by <strong>pressing CTRL key<\/strong> when clicking on the desired value. On touch devices, you just have to click on a filter and check the desired boxes to make a multiple selection.\n<li>Tip: Likewise, you can <strong>cancel your selection<\/strong> by <strong>pressing the CTRL key<\/strong> when you click on a previously selected value. On touch devices, simply uncheck the box next to the currently active value.\n<li>Only allowed calendars are displayed. You can <a href=\"https:\/\/booking-activities.fr\/en\/docs\/user-documentation\/advanced-use-of-booking-activities\/give-access-rights-to-calendars-and-bookings-to-your-collaborators\/\">choose who can see what calendar&#8217;s bookings<\/a> thanks to Booking Activities privilege management system.\n<li>If no value is selected for a filter, all reservations will be displayed.\n<li>Good to know: The filter by &#8220;Status&#8221; is stored.\n\t<\/ul>\n<li>The booking list is automatically filtered after each change\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nYou can also <strong>visualize your booking on a calendar<\/strong> and <strong>filter the list by event<\/strong> or by group of events by clicking on one of them.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on the &#8220;Show Calendar&#8221; button to display the bookings calendar (if it is not already)\n<ul>\n<li>The events on the calendar are also filtered by the other filters.\n\t<\/ul>\n<li>Mouseover an event (long press on mobile) to instantly preview its bookings list in a tooltip\n<li>Click an event (and maybe choose one of its group) to filter the booking list. Only the selected (group of) event(s) bookings will be displayed.\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nYou can <strong>customize the bookings calendar<\/strong> and the <strong>bookings preview<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click the &#8220;settigns&#8221; icon next to the &#8220;Booking calendar&#8221; filter (<span class=\"dashicons dashicons-admin-generic\"><\/span>)\n<li>Choose your display preferences such as:\n<ul>\n<li>Display the booking calendar by default\n<li>Filter the booking list automatically with each change\n<li>Display an instant preview of event bookings when you mouseover hover it\n<li>Define the columns of the bookings preview\n<li>Define your working hours to limit the height of the calendar\n<li><em>The <a href=\"https:\/\/booking-activities.fr\/en\/downloads\/display-pack\/\">Display Pack<\/a> add-on offers more <a href=\"https:\/\/booking-activities.fr\/en\/docs\/user-documentation\/get-started-with-display-pack-add-on\/set-up-calendars-display\/\">customization options<\/a><\/em>\n\t<\/ul>\n<li>Validate the dialog, these settings are saved per user\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>The booking list is also customizable<\/strong> to allow you to get see needed information at a glance. You can easily see the customer&#8217;s name and contact info, the booking and payment status, the booking number, the event title&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on the \u00ab\u00a0Screen options\u00a0\u00bb mention on the top of the page\n<li>An options area appears, you can check or uncheck the columns to display\n<ul>\n<li>Tip: Changes are made in real time, look at the result directly on the list.\n\t<\/ul>\n<li>Also increase ou lower here the number of bookings to display per page in the list.\n<li>Click &#8220;Apply&#8221;\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is also possible to <strong>sort the list by column<\/strong> by clicking on its title. Click on the title once again to reverse the sorting order.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nNow let&#8217;s take a look at the <strong>actions you can take on each of your bookings<\/strong>.They appear in the &#8220;Actions&#8221; column of the reservation list and may be different depending on their status or type.
