They can cancel and reschedule\u00a0them or ask for a reimbursement if they cancel a booking paid on the website.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Go on the page where you have inserted the <code>[bookingactivities_list]<\/code> shortcode<\/li>\n<li>If the booking was made with WooCommerce, you can also go to &#8220;My Account&#8221; on the frontend and then &#8220;Orders&#8221; page. Then click on the &#8220;View&#8221; button of the desired order<\/li>\n<li>Depending on the booking state you can now click on\n<ul>\n<li>Cancel: cancel the booking, this action is irreversible<\/li>\n<li>Reschedule: select an other date and time for your event.
