Now you want to see the values entered by your customers.<\/p>\n<p>All these data are in your reservation list, on your site administration panel:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to &#8220;Booking Activities&#8221;, &#8220;Bookings&#8221; submenu\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"view-custom-fields-values\"> View custom field values <\/h2>\n<p>You will notice that for each custom field created, a column has been added to your booking list. The field value given by the customer will be in that column.<\/p>\n<p><small><em><strong>Reminder:<\/strong> To show \/ hide a column in the reservation list:<br \/>\n&#8211; Click on &#8220;Screen Options&#8221; at the top right of the page<br \/>\n&#8211; Check \/ uncheck the boxes corresponding to the columns to show \/ hide them<\/em><\/small><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on the <span class=\"dashicons dashicons-visibility\"><\/span> button in the &#8220;Custom Fields&#8221; column to see all the booking custom fields values\n<ul>\n<li><em>Tip: Mouse over this button to quickly view field values<\/em>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"edit-custom-fields-values\">Edit custom field values<\/h2>\n<p>It is possible to request a field for each booking, or only once and for all during the subscription (see <a href=\"https:\/\/booking-activities.fr\/en\/docs\/user-documentation\/get-started-with-advanced-forms-add-on\/add-custom-fields-to-your-booking-forms\/#insert-the-field-into-the-booking-form\">this documentation<\/a>). You will have to change the filled in values respectively in the booking list, or on the user profile.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"booking-custom-fields-values\">Values attached to the booking<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on the <span class=\"dashicons dashicons-edit\"><\/span> button in the &#8220;Custom Fields&#8221; column to change the booking custom fields values\n<\/ul>\n<p>A dialog shows up. In the &#8220;Fields&#8221; tab you can change all the custom fields values:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click the <span class=\"dashicons dashicons-editor-removeformatting\"><\/span> icon in the desired field area to empty it\n<li>Click the <span class=\"dashicons dashicons-trash\"><\/span> icon in the desired field area to remove it\n<li>To add a field, select it in the selectbox at the bottom of the dialog and click on &#8220;Add this field&#8221;\n<li>Change the desired fields values\n<li>Click on the &#8220;OK&#8221; button to apply changes\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the &#8220;Participants&#8221; tab you can change each participant custom fields values or even add and delete participants:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click the <span class=\"dashicons dashicons-editor-removeformatting\"><\/span> icon in the desired participant area to empty all its fields\n<li>Click the <span class=\"dashicons dashicons-trash\"><\/span> icon in the desired participant area to remove this participant\n<li>Mouse over a participant field and click the <span class=\"dashicons dashicons-trash\"><\/span> appearing icon to remove this field for this participant only\n<li>To add a field to each participant, select it in the selectbox at the bottom of the dialog and click on &#8220;Add this field&#8221;\n<li>To add a participant, click on the &#8220;Add a participant&#8221; button\n<li>Change the desired fields values\n<li>Click on the &#8220;OK&#8221; button to apply changes\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"user-custom-fields-values\">Values attached to the user<\/h3>\n<h4 id=\"user-custom-fields-values-admin\">Change by administrator<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on the user name in the booking list (&#8220;Customer&#8221; column) \/ Or go to the desired user profile via Users > All users > <em>desired user<\/em>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the &#8220;Custom fields (bookings)&#8221; area, you can change the custom fields values bound to the user. Only the fields already filled will be displayed, but you can add a value for any other custom fields at any time:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the &#8220;Add a custom field&#8221; selectbox, select the desired form field and click &#8220;Add this field&#8221;\n<li>A new row appears, fill in the value for it\n<li>Save changes\n<\/ul>\n<h4 id=\"user-custom-fields-values-frontend\">Change by user<\/h4>\n<p>The <code>[bookingactivities_user_custom_fields]<\/code> shortcode displays a form that <strong>allows the customers to edit the custom field values associated with their account<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>By default, this form will only display <strong>fields having a value<\/strong> associated with the user currently logged in. But you can <strong>configure this shortcode<\/strong> to <strong>display custom fields of your choice<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<table class=\"user-booking-list-shortcode-attributes-table\">\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th>Attribute<\/th>\n<th>Expected value<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><code>fields<\/code><\/td>\n<td>Custom fields names (comma separated).<br \/><em>Default: (fields having a value only).<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><code>delete_default<\/code><\/td>\n<td><code>1<\/code> to display a field allowing the customer to delete the data used to prefill the booking forms.<code>0<\/code> to hide this field.<br \/><em>Default : <code>1<\/code>.<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><code>enable<\/code><\/td>\n<td><code>1<\/code> to display only the active (non-deleted) custom fields.<code>0<\/code> to hide them.<br \/><em>Default: <code>1< \/code>.<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><code>user_id<\/code><\/td>\n<td>The desired user ID (integer).<br \/><em>Default: (current user).<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><code>form_wrapper<\/code><\/td>\n<td><code>1<\/code> to display a form.<code>0<\/code> to display only the fields.<br \/><em>Default: <code>1<\/code>.<\/ em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><code>redirect_url<\/code><\/td>\n<td>URL to redirect the user to after submitting the form (only if <code>form_wrapper<\/code> = <code>1<\/code>).<br \/><em>Default: (no redirect).<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n<p>If you are using WooCommerce, the customers can change the custom fields values <strong>directly from their account (\"Account details\" tab)<\/strong>.
