To do so:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to the Calendars Editor<\/li>\n<li>Pick the calendar you want to share in the calendars selectbox<\/li>\n<li>Click on the calendar &#8216;edit&#8217; icon<\/li>\n<li>Go to dialog &#8220;Permissions&#8221; tab<\/li>\n<li>Pick your operator nickname and click on &#8220;Add manager&#8221;, his nickname will appear in the selectbox below.\n<ul>\n<li><em>Tip: To undo this, select the nickname and click on &#8220;Remove selected&#8221;<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click on dialog &#8220;OK&#8221; button<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your operator will now be able to see the bookings made on this calendar events.
