You will be able to choose <strong>per-activity recipients<\/strong> too. It also allows you to set up automatic notifications to be sent <strong>few minutes before or after the bookings<\/strong>. All the notifications can be sent via <strong>email, SMS and Push<\/strong>, to the <strong>administrators and customers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Scheduled notifications (reminder, feedback request&#8230;)<\/h2>\n<p>You will be able to schedule <strong>multiple<\/strong> notifications few <strong>minutes<\/strong> \/ hours \/ days <strong>before or after<\/strong> the bookings. So you can send <strong>reminders<\/strong> to your customers before their bookings, and request their feedback afterwards, or <strong>keep them coing back<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>You can also send scheduled notifications <strong>to the administrators<\/strong> few <strong>minutes<\/strong> \/ hours \/ days <strong>before or after<\/strong> a booked <strong>event<\/strong>. On mobile, the phone vibrates, plays music, a light flashes, and the screen turns on as they come. On a computer, they appear as soon as the user opens his browser (or immediately if it is already the case), <strong>even if he is not on your website<\/strong>. And regardless of the device used, <strong>push notifications remain displayed until the user interacts with them<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Your customers will need to subscribe to notifications to receive them. A <strong>shortcode will simply display a subscription button<\/strong>. As for emails and push notifications, the SMS content is configurable for each notification. If you use WooCommerce, a field is already provided for this purpose.<br \/>\nYou can choose whether your customers should <strong>receive SMS by default<\/strong>. Then, you can use a simple <strong>shortcode to display a button to subscibe \/ unsubscibe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, sending SMS requires an SMS service provider, <strong>you will have to pay this provider for each SMS sent<\/strong>. This requires <strong>creating a WhatsApp Business account<\/strong> and <strong>associating it with your SMS provider account<\/strong> according to their documentation. For example: &#8220;Come with your ID&#8221;, or &#8220;Here is the link to your webinar: &#8230;&#8221;, etc.<\/p>\n<p>To do so, simply <strong>write your message in your event \/ activity settings, in the calendar editor<\/strong>. You can also set specific messages for <strong>groups of events and group categories<\/strong>.
