Since 1.7, a lot of <strong>highly requested<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/booking-activities.fr\/en\/blog\/booking-activities-1-7-to-1-8\/\">small features were developed<\/a>. 1.8 is the conclusion of this approach, offering the <strong>most substantial of them<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"bookings-preview\">Bookings preview<\/h2>\n<h3>Preview on mouseover, filter on click<\/h3>\n<p>On the backend &#8220;Bookings&#8221; page, you will find <strong>a calendar displaying the booked events<\/strong>. So you know at a glance which events are booked, their amount of bookings \/ their total availability. If you want to change these bookings, or learn more about them, <strong>simply click the event<\/strong>. The booking list will be <strong>automatically filtered<\/strong> for this event.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>On the frontend too with Display Pack<\/h4>\n<p>Note that you can display the events participants list in the same way <strong>on your site<\/strong> thanks to the <a href=\"https:\/\/booking-activities.fr\/en\/downloads\/display-pack\/\">Display Pack<\/a> add-on. Once done, click the &#8220;Export bookings&#8221; button. For example: <code style=\"color:#333;padding-right:0;\">https:\/\/my\u2011export\u2011link[...]&export_id=20<\/code><code style=\"color:green;padding-left:0;\">&from=today&to=+12month<\/code> will export events beginning between today and next year. So if you sync this URL, the past events will disappear everyday.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>See the bookings on the exported events<\/h3>\n<p>You can fully <strong>customize the event title and description<\/strong>. Special tags allow you to <strong>display event-related data<\/strong>. For example, by default, the title displays the <strong>amount of bookings<\/strong> \/ the <strong>total availability<\/strong> and the <strong>event title<\/strong> (<code>[{event_booked_quantity}\/{event_availability_total}] {event_title}<\/code>). This is now possible thanks to the <a href=\"https:\/\/booking-activities.fr\/en\/downloads\/display-pack\/\">Display Pack<\/a> add-on.<\/p>\n<p>However, this cannot be done without considering your customers privacy.
