Version 1.3 of the Resource Availability<\/a> add-on brings numerous major improvements<\/strong>. These make it easier to visualize assigned and available resources<\/strong> and optimize the assignment process<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Resource Calendar<\/h3>\n

On the Booking Activities > Resources page, the calendar of assigned resources<\/strong> is now displayed. This gives you an overview of the resources you will need on a specific day and time.<\/p>\n

This calendar can be filtered using the filters above<\/strong> (the same ones used to filter the list).<\/p>\n

You can also customize its appearance<\/strong> by clicking the “Calendar Settings” button (the Display Pack<\/a> add-on offers many customization options). You can change the color of events<\/strong> in each resource’s settings.<\/p>\n

Finally, clicking on an event will redirect you to the corresponding list of bookings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Resource Calendar Shortcode<\/h3>\n

You can also display the calendar of your assigned resources on your site<\/strong> using the shortcode<\/strong> [bookingactivities_resource_calendar]<\/code>. There are several parameters to filter and modify the calendar display, such as: resource<\/code>, category<\/code>, from<\/code>, to<\/code>, slotMinTime<\/code>, and slotMaxTime<\/code>.
