Licenses are valid for 1 year from the purchase date. They grant you access to plugin's updates and support.

Yes, the price you paid for a subscription will remain the same from one year to another, ignoring any price increase for life (excluding discount code). However, if your subscription is cancelled, or if your payment is declined (obsolete card, insufficient balance ...), you will have to purchase a new license key at current prices.

Don't worry, your plugin will still work fine. But you will not be able to access the support and you won't receive plugin updates anymore.

However plugin obsolescence exposes you to compatibility problems which can cause malfunctions.

No. When you buy a license you can very easily unbind it from your old website and then activate it on the new one.
To do so, go to My account > License Keys > Manage Sites > Deactivate site. That's it, you're done 🙂 .

Yes, you can activate your license key on both your live website and on a development website, but the development site's domain name must match one of these pattern:
localhost
10.0.0.0/8
172.16.0.0/12
192.168.0.0/16
*.dev
*.local
*.test
dev.*
staging.*
test.*

If the domain name does not match, you will still be able to use the add-ons, but you will have to update them manually.
