The Advanced Forms add-on was created in order to let you add any custom fields to your booking forms.
Now you can set a price for your custom fields, so you can sell them as booking options.
For example, you can sell a $100 event with an optionnal $15 meal with the same booking form.
Try this feature on the demo website
(This new feature is offered at no additional cost, the Advanced Forms add-on price remains the same).
Easy and complete set up
Go to your custom fields settings to find the “Price” tab and define your price.
If the field has multiple values (checkboxes, selectbox, radio buttons), you can set a different price for each value.

You have an option to tell whether the price should be multiplied by the quantity.
The numeric fields also have an option to multiply the price by the value entered by the customer.
Perfectly integrated
The prices are displayed next to the custom fields. They are dynamically updated in the booking form as you change the quantity or the field value (if the corresponding option is enabled).

This new feature is fully integrated with WooCommerce so you can set up proper paid options.
The custom fields prices are added to the product price when it is added to cart, as you expect it to be. You will find their details in cart and in the order details.

If you are using the Prices and Credits add-on, you can set a price in credits for your custom fields. Your customers will be able to pay both the booking and the options with their booking pass.
You can use both WooCommerce and Prices and Credits with this new feature, everything is made to work together.

Finally, you can display the custom fields prices:
- in notifications with their tags, and their total price with the
{custom_fields_price}
tag - in the customer booking list, in the custom fields columns, and their total price in the
price
column - in booking exports with the new columns:
