Waiting List is a Booking Activities add-on that allows your customers to sign up fully booked events’ waiting list.
When an event becomes available, customers on the waiting list receive a notification. You can also configure it to automatically book the event for the first person on the waiting list and wait for their confirmation. If the customer declines or does not answer within the alloted time, the next person on the list receive that opportunity, and so on.
This add-on optimizes the number of customers attending to your events, by automatically replacing cancelled bookings with others.
